Canusa WrapidBond

Corrosion protective coatings consisting of modified and reinforced visco-elastic adhesive based systems applied onto a carrier material. Supplied in roll form, WrapidBond provides effective corrosion protection by providing a barrier to water and oxygen. WrapidBond is for use on aboveground and underground pipelines. WrapidCoat PVC and WrapidCoat PE are tough, polyvinyl chloride and polyethylene based tape with special high tack adhesive formulated as the outer wrap for WrapidBond viscoelastic coated pipe.

Canusa WrapidCoat PVC

WrapidCoat PVC is a tough, polyvinyl chloride based tape with special high tack adhesive formulated as the outer wrap for WrapidBond viscoelastic coated pipe. The high tack adhesive and tough backing provides an effective barrier to water and oxygen which provides effective corrosion protection and soil stress resistance.

Wrapid Pipe Repair Bandage

Woven fiberglass substrate coated and fully impregnated with moisture curing polyurethane resin. It is the ideal emergency repair product and can be applied by unskilled labour minimizing production shutdowns.

Nu-bolt & I-Rod

The Nu-Bolt assembly combines the half-round I-Rod support with a modified pipe U-Bolt. Standard U-Bolts are coated black steel, but 316 stainless steel may be substituted. Standard U-bolt coatings are Hot-Dip Galvanized, Xylan (PTFF) or SermaGard. All U-Bolts have cross-linked polyolefin (polyshrink) applied to the shank. The half-round I-Rod, which separates the pipe from the support, is cut and drilled to fit. The assembly includes four (4) nuts.
