Canusa Pipeline Epoxies

Canusa have developed a comprehensive range of pipeline epoxies for direct to steel application or application of over FBE Coating on Field Joints, Hot Induction Bends, HDD Strings and fittings. Canusa Epoxies will deal with operating temperatures ranging from freezing through to 150°C

Canusa HBE-95 Roller and Spray Grade

Canusa HBE-95 is custom designed for the corrosion protection of field joints, hot induction bends and fittings operating up to 95°C
Canusa HBE-95 can be applied direct to steel or over whip blasted FBE coating
Canusa HBE-95 has been verified by the National Centre for Pipeline Coating Assessment at Deakin University to fully conform to the requirements of AS4822 External Field Joint Coatings for Steel Pipelines in including flexibility requirements to deal with 0.8 design factor

Canusa Atomizer Gun and Repair Cartridge

The Canusa Atomizer Gun is an advanced pneumatic dispenser designed to spray apply Canusa’s two-component HBE for standalone corrosion protection systems, and/or Liquid Epoxy Types for 3-layer corrosion protection systems. The gun is capable of applying Canusa’s liquid coatings faster, easier, with less clean up, with less applicator error and with minimal equipment maintenance vs. conventional brush and spray install methods. The HBE Atomizer and Cartridge System allow applicators to produce a coating thickness that is both consistent and repeatable.

Canusa IntelliSpray

IntelliSPRAY™ is the world’s first cartridge-loaded fully-automated system for the controlled application of liquid coatings. Once the spray head is centered on the girth-weld by laser identification, the system takes care of the rest – ensuring a consistent coating thickness is achieved across the field joint.
